Fried snacks can actually be healthy – if you know the right way to make them. In this episode of ITK: Eats, we show you how to make air fryer avocado fries with a delicious, crispy outside and creamy filling. The best part of this recipe is how simple it is. All you need is an air fryer, avocados and a few other ingredients. Here’s how to make air fryer avocado fries:

Instructions
1. Start by peeling each avocado and removing the pits. Cut the avocados into slices, then set aside.
2. Mix together the flour, garlic powder, chili powder and paprika in a bowl. Crack and whisk the egg in a separate bowl. In a third bowl, combine panko bread crumbs and parmesan.
3. Coat each avocado slice one at a time by dipping it into the flour mixture, then the egg and then the breadcrumbs.
4. Once all the avocado slices are breaded, preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees and grease with avocado spray. Bake the avocado slices for seven minutes.
5. To make the dipping sauce, mix the mayonnaise, chipotle and garlic powder together in a small bowl.
